iPhone pic via the Mill Colour app.
It’s on Lower Delta Rd, just kind of sitting there looking cool. I’m not 100% sure if it’s an offering or a disposal, but from the burning around it, I guess an offering.
Old and well-worshiped I think. I’m only guessing it’s Kwan Yin because of the headdress, but I haven’t seen a lot of seated Kwan Yins.
